Pune: Force Motors Limited has partnered with Zoho Corporation to enable a complete digital transformation of its nationwide dealer network.
This initiative is a major milestone in Project DigiForce, Force Motors’ company-wide modernization program focused on leveraging cutting-edge technology for long-term growth and enhanced customer satisfaction.

As part of this collaboration, Force Motors will roll out Zoho’s advanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Dealer Management System (DMS) solutions, along with a suite of 12 AI-powered applications, across its expansive dealer and distributor ecosystem.
The integrated, cloud-based platform is designed to streamline sales, service, marketing, and customer engagement, replacing legacy systems with intelligent, modular, and scalable solutions.
